We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating via email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. We have taken technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological advances.

Some of the third parties mentioned may be located outside your country or outside the EU or may process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in your country. For example, companies in the USA are obliged to disclose personal data to security authorities without those affected being able to take legal action. However, without your consent, we will only transfer your personal data to countries within the EU or to those for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or, where possible, we will take measures to ensure that there is an adequate level of data protection. If you expressly consent to data transfer to third countries, data processing is also based on Article 49 Paragraph 1 lit a GDPR. If the data transfer is necessary to fulfill a contract, your data will be processed based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b
